1) select the program/company
that you wish to join/affiliate with.  Qwerty trade would be a good starting point. Or choose the program for you here!
2) enter your website url (starts http://) in their
affiliate section/ partners section and your email details to set up an account.
3) once you receive a confirmation email, the program that
you sign up with will provide you with simple copy and paste code to place on your website
wherever you want!
4) you will be asked for either your bank details or your
address to send a cheque to once you are accepted so that you can be sent your
earnings. Earnings reports and other stats about your earnings are either available
to you on the affiliate programs website, or are sent to you regularly by post (eg
qwertytrade).
5) if your site is deemed suitable by the firm that you
link to, your earnings are usually back-dated to the moment that you started sending
traffic through your links!
